After you fill out initial consult request, you will receive an email to fill out an initial client intake form. This gives me an idea of the type of vacation you are looking for. Once you send this back to me, we will schedule our initial consult call to discuss all the specifics of your trip, including your goals, expectations, and budget. If you are interested in the “Travel Concierge”, “Group Travel”, or “Business/Corporate Travel” options, I will provide you with the Terms and Conditions agreement for your review and signature, along with a request for the planning fee. This ensures we are fully aligned and ready to create an unforgettable travel experience tailored just for you.

Once the initial consult call is completed, this is where my skills come into play. I will curate a selection of accommodation, activity, and restaurant options that fit your wishes and budget. During this time, we may email back and forth to fine-tune the details and ensure everything meets your expectations. After finalizing the options, we will schedule another call to review your itinerary together. This step allows us to make any necessary adjustments and ensure that your plans are perfect before you embark on your adventure. My goal is to create a seamless and enjoyable experience tailored to your preferences.

To finalize your travel plans, you'll need to complete a secure credit card authorization form, which will enable me to confirm all bookings for your itinerary. We will maintain regular communication as your vacation approaches to ensure everything is in order. Although the bulk of your trip has been arranged, we may need to make some final adjustments, such as adding additional activities or restaurant reservations. Rest assured, I'm here to assist you every step of the way to ensure your vacation is seamless and enjoyable.
