I am not affiliated with Airbnb or VRBO, nor do I partner with them. Also, listings on Airbnb or VRBO may not accurately reflect the home, and you could be disappointed with your accommodation.

However, for an additional planning fee of $50, I can book an Airbnb or VRBO for you. This fee covers the time and effort required to research and find the perfect place to suit your needs. On the other hand, I do partner with exclusive and heavily vetted home listing services like MO Exclusive Homes, Stay Haven, and Villas of Distinction. Booking a home through these trusted partners will not incur any additional costs for you.

Typically, I encourage clients to book their own airfare. As you might know, flights can change, delays happen, and managing your flight directly is often the quickest way to resolve any issues. Airlines generally won't allow third parties to speak on your behalf to troubleshoot should problems arise; they will only communicate with the ticketed passenger.

However, I am happy to research and book flights on your behalf if you prefer. Please be aware that if complications with your flight arise during travel, such as cancellations or delays, you will need to contact the airline directly to make any changes to your booking. While I can assist you with navigating any changes to your itinerary impacted by travel delays, I won't be able to intervene directly with the airline.

Additionally, this flight research and booking service is included in our "Travel Concierge" package, should you choose to take advantage of it. I am always here to help make your travel experience as seamless as possible.

If you plan to travel for more than 7 days and have selected either the "Travel Concierge" or "Group Travel" option, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 for each extra day beyond the initial 7-day period.

For example, if you need a hotel room, flights, and airport transport for 4 people, your planning and booking fee would be $200. This does not include the price of the hotel, flights, or car/shuttle service.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and even our best-laid plans may not come to fruition. Unfortunately, planning fees are non-refundable, as my work begins the moment you sign the Terms and Conditions and pay the planning fee, if applicable. It's important to note that cancellation fees vary depending on the supplier. I generally advocate for booking refundable hotels to provide you with flexibility, and I always recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind. I will always offer you the option to purchase travel insurance through one of FORA's trusted insurance providers to ensure you are well-protected on your journey.
